Turn a response into a Jira issue in one click

A response card with a two-star rating, a quote and the page it came from, an arrow into a round task icon, and a Jira-style issue card with its key, title, description, an attached page snapshot and a link back

A bug report that lives only in your feedback inbox tends to stay there. Copying it into Jira by hand means retyping the answers, hunting for the page URL and guessing which browser it happened in. Now there's a Create Jira issue button on every response.

A space admin connects Jira Cloud once, on the new Integrations tab in your profile: your Jira address, the email of the Atlassian account and an API token. The details are checked with Jira before anything is saved, and you can pick a default project and issue type so the dialog is ready to go.

Open a response and the dialog comes pre-filled: the survey name and the visitor's own words as the summary, and every answer, the page, the browser, OS, device and language in the description. Edit what you like, tick the box to attach the page snapshot, and create the issue. It always ends with a link back to the response, so whoever picks it up in Jira can see the whole thing.

The new issue shows up on the response's Jira card and in its activity log, so your team can see at a glance which responses are already in the backlog. The Jira integration is available on the Business and Enterprise plans.
