User manual

Voxtrics Feedback is a survey and feedback platform for websites: you build a survey in the editor, add it to your site as an inline form, a popup or an on-site survey, and follow every response on your dashboard. This manual walks through each part of the product with screenshots of the real interface.

New to Voxtrics Feedback? The quick start guide takes you from registration to your first response in five steps. Every topic below links to its full guide.

  • Quick start

Get from a new account to real feedback on your dashboard in five steps: registration, your first domain, your first survey, publishing, and the embed script.

  • Install on Wix

Add a popup, chat or inline survey to a Wix site: Custom Code for a popup or chat, a Custom Element for an inline form, and what a free Wix address allows.

  • Domains & companies

How multi-tenancy works: domains are the websites you collect feedback on, companies own one or more domains and are how corporate/agency clients manage multiple businesses from one login.

  • Survey creation

Form types, field types, theming, languages, attributes, team restrictions, form copy, steps, and settings for building a survey.

  • Campaigns

Send a published email survey to a list of addresses with personal links, schedule it, and follow what happened to every email: accepted, delivered, bounced, skipped.

  • Employees

Invite teammates, assign roles and teams, and understand the premium seat limits.

  • Single sign-on

Let your team sign in with your company's own identity provider: verify an email domain, connect an OpenID Connect provider, and require it.

  • Alerts

Configure alert rules to get notified via Telegram, Slack, or email when your feedback meets a condition — scope, time windows, and throttling.

  • Dashboard

How to read your dashboard: key highlights, satisfaction/feedback stat cards, best/worst day, and which panels ignore the date filter.

  • Responses

Filter, star, assign, and review every feedback response across your surveys.

  • Examples

Fifteen real, published surveys you can try live — contact forms, NPS, post-purchase feedback, and a few deliberately over-the-top Advanced Styles showcases.

  • Free & paid accounts

What Free includes, what each paid tier adds, and what happens when you hit a limit.
