Video · 1 minuteHow Voxtrics Feedback worksVoxtrics Feedback is a feedback and survey platform. You build surveys in the dashboard, embed them on your website with a few lines of code, and analyze responses in real time.
Open any survey's embed code panel and choose either the npm package (@web-site-utilities/feedback) for React apps, or a plain <script> tag for any other site. Both are generated automatically for each survey.
Yes — turn on element selection for a survey (in Settings) and visitors can choose to point at one specific part of the page instead of giving general feedback. You'll see that exact element in the response, cropped and fully styled in its own card, alongside the usual full-page snapshot with it highlighted.
Yes — Settings has triggers for showing a survey after a delay, on element click, to a returning visitor or on exit intent, once someone scrolls to the end of the page, to roughly one in every N visitors, or when a specific cookie is present. Turn on more than one and the survey waits until all of them are met.
Yes. In the survey's Settings, under Steps & progress, set Steps display to "One field per screen" and visitors get one question per screen with a Next button, plus a progress indicator you can put at the bottom or down the side, shown as numbers or dots. Switching it on merges your steps into one, so Steps simply lists the questions in the order visitors will see them. On-site surveys can also be opened full screen and let visitors switch between light and dark, which is useful for a tablet or kiosk left running in a shop.
Yes. Each survey has its own theme (colors, radii, fonts) configurable from the editor, so it can match your site's branding.
