Surveypal is a Finnish customer-feedback company, part of Volaris Group since 2025, with a Survey Tool priced by the number of responses and Surveypal CXM for AI analysis of feedback from many sources; prices are on request. Voxtrics focuses on surveys and feedback on websites, with a free plan of up to 300 responses a month, paid plans from €15 a month billed annually and built-in triggers such as exit intent (desktop) and clicks on a page element.

Questions and answers
Can Surveypal show surveys on a website?
Yes: as an iframe embed; as a feedback button at the edge of the page that opens the survey in an overlay, which your own code can also open; in a browser popup window opened by Surveypal's script; or inside a popup you build yourself. Its documentation does not describe built-in display rules such as exit intent or page targeting. In Voxtrics, inline, popup and chat surveys come with triggers such as a time delay, exit intent (desktop), scrolling to the end of the page or a click on a page element.
How much does Surveypal cost?
Surveypal does not publish prices: the Survey Tool is priced by the number of responses collected, with unlimited users, surveys and invites, and quotes come from its sales team. Voxtrics is free up to 300 responses a month, and its Growth plan costs €15 a month billed annually or €20 month to month.
Who owns Surveypal?
Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software, announced on 14 July 2025 that it had acquired Surveypal Oy. Volaris said Surveypal would continue to operate independently under CEO Liisa Stén; Surveypal's website lists offices in Tampere and Helsinki.
Where is the data stored?
Voxtrics stores data in Finland (EU). Surveypal runs on Microsoft Azure and says its service data is hosted on servers in the EU.
How we compared
We compared the plans and features published on the vendor's own website, help center and documentation for Surveypal, checked on October 14, 2026. Prices are list prices as each vendor's pricing page showed them to a visitor in the EU, in the currency shown there and without temporary discounts; whether VAT is included or added depends on the vendor and your country.
