| When the survey appears | Yes: In inline, popup and chat surveys: time delay, exit intent (desktop) or returning visitors (one setting, one or the other), scrolled to the end of the page, click on a page element, a cookie, a random share of page loads. Selecting a page element is not described. |
| Page screenshot with each response | Yes: From the Scale plan (€37 a month billed annually): each widget response comes with an image of the page, rendered on our server from the page's HTML. | Yes: Yes, in the website widget on all plans: visitors take a page screenshot and annotate it (highlight, comment, pen, arrow, hide) or record their screen for up to 3 minutes. Not in the inline form. Native browser screenshots on Premium. |
| Languages | Yes: One survey in up to 8 languages. Embedded surveys open in the language set in the embed code (by default, the survey's first language), link surveys follow the browser language, and email surveys go out in the language you pick when sending; an optional switcher lets visitors change it. | Yes: Built-in widget text in 21 languages, following the browser language; your own text in 2 languages per project by default, more with multi-language translations on Premium. |

| Response alerts | Yes: From the Growth plan: Slack, Telegram and email alerts when responses meet a rule you set, such as several low scores within an hour. An alert gives the count, not the answers, and fires at most every 30 minutes. No Microsoft Teams. | Yes: New feedback items can be posted to Slack or Microsoft Teams channels and sent by email. Telegram is not among the listed integrations. |
| API and webhooks | Partly: REST API from the Scale plan: read responses (with their screenshots), surveys, domains and alerts, manage team members and send email surveys. No outgoing webhooks. | Yes: REST API and webhooks on Premium and Enterprise. |
| Where data is stored | Responses and page screenshots are stored in Finland (EU), on servers Voxtrics runs itself. All traffic to Voxtrics, survey responses included, passes through Cloudflare (USA); emails, email surveys included, go out through Lettermint (Netherlands); AI features send the survey text you write, never responses, to OpenAI Ireland Ltd., which may pass it on to OpenAI companies in the USA. Voxtrics is a Finnish company. | Hosted on AWS in the EU (Frankfurt on Usersnap's security page; Germany and Ireland in its help for Enterprise customers); Usersnap says it stores all data in the EU. Usersnap is headquartered in Linz, Austria. |
| Surveys inside mobile apps | No: No mobile SDK. Link and email surveys open in mobile browsers. | Yes: Native iOS and Android SDKs on Premium and Enterprise for rating, multiple-choice and PMF surveys, feature requests and interview invitations; screenshots are not supported in apps, and the SDK downloads are labelled beta. |
| Integrations | Partly: Few: Slack, Telegram and email alerts from the Growth plan, Excel (XLSX) export, a REST API from the Scale plan, and from the Business plan a Jira Cloud integration that creates an issue from a response. Install with a script, an npm package, a WordPress plugin or guides for Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and Tilda. No CRM integrations or Zapier. | Yes: 50+ tools on all plans, including Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, Asana, Zendesk, Salesforce and HubSpot; a Zapier connection is also documented, without a named plan; two-way sync with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana and Linear; an MCP connector for AI tools. |
“Partly” means the feature is covered only in part; the cell says which. “Not described” means the vendor's public documentation did not describe the feature on October 14, 2026. It does not necessarily mean the feature is missing.

Questions and answers
What is the main difference between Voxtrics and Usersnap?
Usersnap is a product feedback platform: bug reports with annotated screenshots, micro surveys, AI analysis of feedback, roadmaps and in-app announcements. Voxtrics concentrates on surveys and feedback on websites; from the Scale plan, each widget response comes with an automatic page screenshot, and in inline and popup surveys visitors can point at the page element they mean.
Does Usersnap have a free plan?

Where is the data stored?
Both store data in the EU. Voxtrics stores data in Finland. Usersnap says it hosts on AWS in the EU (Frankfurt on its security page; Germany and Ireland in its help for Enterprise customers) and stores all data in the EU.
