SurveySparrow is an experience-management platform with conversational surveys, a CX suite and research tools. On websites it offers a web embed from the Basic plan, while its targeted website microsurveys (SpotChecks) need the Enterprise plan plus an add-on. Questions and answers
Does SurveySparrow have website surveys?
Yes. From the Basic plan you can embed a survey on a website as a popup card, chat button, inline or side panel; the popup card can open after a delay, on scroll or on matching URLs, and your own code can open the embed. SpotChecks, its targeted website microsurveys with no-code exit-intent and click triggers and visitor targeting, need the Enterprise plan plus an add-on.
Can I pay month to month?
SurveySparrow offers quarterly and yearly billing. Voxtrics offers both monthly and annual billing.
Is there a free plan?
Both have one. SurveySparrow's plan card lists 75 responses per quarter (its pricing FAQ says 50 a month), without the web embed. Voxtrics is free up to 300 responses a month, website widget included.
Where is the data stored?
Voxtrics stores data in Finland (EU). SurveySparrow lets you choose a region at sign-up, including Frankfurt in the EU.

We compared the plans and features published on the vendor's own website, help center and documentation for SurveySparrow, checked on September 29, 2026.
